Peggy Green (she/her) is currently a Program Manager in the State of Utah Office of Homeless Services and acts as the Collaborative Applicant for the Balance of State. Peggy leads the Homeless Systems Coordination team supporting Local Homeless Councils in Utah to build effective homeless response systems, based on solutions appropriate to each community. She serves on the Utah Housing Coalition, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and Utah Nonprofit Association boards. She is committed to The State Strategic Plan on Homelessness, believing every community has the potential to create robust homeless response systems utilizing collaboration of resources, creativity and passion.
