We collect information from you when you register as a member of Utah Society of Fund Raisers (USFR) through the USFR website, when you register for a USFR event, or when you fill out an online form. As appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, address, email address, and other contact information. This information is used to support your membership in USFR, improve customer services, process transactions and send periodic emails. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our and others rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
No refunds will be issued for membership dues. Memberships are individual, are good for one year from the date of registration and are non-transferrable.
Refunds for event registration are not guaranteed and will be issued rarely, on a per-case basis. In order for a refund to be considered you must notify the USFR Administrative Coordinator a minimum of five business days prior to the event for which you have registered and wish to receive a refund. Event registration may not be transferred between individuals without prior consent of USFR.
