The AFP Utah Chapter offers a variety of scholarship opportunities to fundraising professionals throughout the year, including membership scholarships and professional development/training scholarships. Below are the scholarships that are currently available.
CFRE Scholarship
The AFP Utah Chapter is excited to support the professional development of its members through the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credentialing process. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to individuals seeking to achieve CFRE certification, furthering the skills and standards of the fundraising profession. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is March 16, 2026.

Membership Scholarships
We believe in making our chapter accessible to everyone. By supporting a one-year membership, we’re inviting you to experience exclusive events, workshops, and networking opportunities as well as valuable resources and support to help you achieve your goals. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship is:
- Experience: Applicant should be working or volunteering in a fundraising capacity.
- Commitment to professional development: Applicant should be seeking opportunities to grow as a fundraising professional.
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is April 3, 2026.
