Francine Mullen, PSM., is an advancement professional currently serving as Assistant Director of Development at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, where she supports strategic fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives through donor qualification, cultivation, stewardship, and event-based engagement in partnership with academic leadership and advancement colleagues. She brings prior experience from small nonprofit organizations, where she worked across fundraising and business operations, gaining hands-on exposure to donor relations, organizational systems, budgeting, and program support. Francine holds a Professional Master of Science in Technology, with a graduate capstone in policy communication and an emphasis in environmental science, which informs her ability to translate complex issues into effective stakeholder communications. She is an active volunteer with SheJumps, supporting scholarship and access initiatives, and serves on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Her professional interests include relationship-based fundraising, fundraising operations and strategy, and connecting philanthropy to education and public impact.
