Fundamentals of Fundraising Conference
Through the Looking Glass: Building Momentum in Fundraising
The Fundamentals of Fundraising Conference is Thursday, June 20, 2024 and all are welcome to attend - members and not-yet-members (we are sure you will want to join us after you attend this event!) Our theme for the event is Through the Looking Glass: Building Momentum in Fundraising. Join us for an educational and exciting day of topics including donor retention, wealth transfer and stewarding donor families from generation to generation.
“How long is forever?” asks Alice. “Sometimes, just one second” the White Rabbit replies. When we’re caught up in the day-to-day of fundraising, trying to reach this year’s goal or plan next month’s gala, it can be hard to look to a future beyond the most immediate need. But the missions we work to achieve are big goals – dreams for the future and roadmaps for the world we want to live in. Who are we are as fundraisers, today, and the best parts of ourselves we bring into this work, start ripples that will make waves for generations. In this discussion, we’ll look at what it means to be a fundraiser and what we can do to realize the possibility and potential that our work creates.
The conference will kick off with our keynote, T. Clay Buck, Founder & Principal of TCB Fundraising, Lead Fundraising Coach for IWave, and Co-host of "Fundraising is Funny" Podcast.
