The Ouelessebougou (“Wu-less-ah-boo-goo”) Alliance (OA) is a 35-year-old non-profit organization that works in partnership with villages in rural Ouelessebougou, Mali, to provide sustainable health and education opportunities. We are currently recruiting to fill the Executive Director role in Utah.
Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is the key leadership professional responsible for planning and implementing the strategic work of the Alliance. She/He must be an energetic, creative, collaborative, visionary individual who brings strong skills in fundraising, leadership, administration, and marketin. This is a hands-on position that includes close collaboration and coordination with the Mali Field Director to implement all in-country programs. The Executive Director is supported by a small local staff and an active, volunteer Board of Directors.
